Terms of Use for MiniMath: Math Games
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Deniz Baran ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of the iOS application MiniMath: Math Games ("MiniMath" or the "App") and any related services. By downloading, installing, or using MiniMath, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The App
MiniMath is a collection of math mini games for iPhone and iPad. It includes a Daily Challenge, multiple game modes, and optional in-app purchases. The App is free to download and includes content that is available to all users, content that can be unlocked permanently with one-time purchases, and content that is available through an auto-renewable subscription.
2. MiniMath Pro Subscription

Price: $0.99 USD per month (or the local equivalent as shown in the App Store at the time of purchase)
Billing cycle: Monthly, auto-renewing
What's included:
• Access to all mini games in the App
• Access to all game modes
• 2 streak restores per month for the Daily Challenge feature
MiniMath Pro provides temporary access. All games and modes unlocked through the subscription remain accessible only while the subscription is active. If your subscription ends or is cancelled, the content that was unlocked through Pro will lock again until you resubscribe or unlock individual games with Keys (see Section 4).
3. Auto-Renewal, Payment, and Cancellation
MiniMath Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. By purchasing it, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Payment. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charge. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the selected plan.
• Managing your subscription. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. On your device: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Cancellation. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trials (if offered). If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
No refunds. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused content, or content that becomes inaccessible after cancellation. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
4. In-App Purchases (Non-Subscription)
In addition to MiniMath Pro, the App offers one-time in-app purchases:
• Keys. Keys are used to permanently unlock individual mini games. A game unlocked with a Key remains available to you whether or not you hold a MiniMath Pro subscription. Keys let you access specific games without committing to a subscription.
• Streak Restores. Streak Restores protect your Daily Challenge streak if you miss a day. They are consumable items and are used up when applied.
Payment for one-time in-app purchases is also charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. Consumable items (such as additional Streak Restores) cannot be refunded once used.
5. Subscription Access vs. Key Access
To be clear about the difference:
• MiniMath Pro (subscription): grants access to all games and modes, but only while the subscription is active. Access is lost when the subscription ends.
• Keys (one-time purchase): permanently unlock individual games that you own forever, even without a Pro subscription. Keys do not unlock premium game modes or provide monthly streak restores.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MiniMath only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate Daily Challenge times or leaderboards.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the App to harass other players, post unlawful content, or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent any payment, subscription, or unlock system in the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access, including from leaderboards, for users who violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
MiniMath, including its games, graphics, audio, code, and trademarks, is owned by Deniz Baran and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. No other rights are granted.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Deniz Baran be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us through the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) five U.S. dollars (USD $5). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Termination
You may stop using MiniMath at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our business, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way, for example through the App or our website. Your continued use of MiniMath after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Apple-Specific Terms
MiniMath is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of residence of the developer, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
